Physical Assessments
Post offer screeings help evaluate if an employee has the capacity to accomplish the physical demands of a job. Appropriate strength tests are used to provide a pairing of the applicant to the occupational requirements of the job. Baseline information for injury management is also determined. Screening is tailored to specific job functions and company situations.
